Tammy & Seth {Day After} l Outer Banks Wedding Photographer

Sunday, May 27th, 2012

Tammy & Seth had a gorgeous ceremony at the Elizabethan Gardens. Due to time contraints we couldn’t fit in beach photos, so instead, they opted for a popular alternative – the “Day After” session. We met up the next day at the Whalehead Club in Corolla before heading over to the beach. They even brought one of their cute little dogs, Reese, for some photos. I find this too cute, because I think Tammy looks JUST like Reese Whitherspoon! Then again, someone the other day told me they thought Seth looked like Ben Afleck, so I guess it’s safe to say they’re one good looking couple!

Tammy & Seth are just about the cutest couple! They were married surrounded by family and friends at the gorgeous Elizabethan Gardens, officiated by Rev. Tanya Young. I got to the gardens a little early for their mid day ceremony, and was thrilled to see the weather was beautiful. All morning it has been overcast and a little iffy, but we were blessed with sunshine and blue skies during their ceremony. They chose a fantastic location, on the terrace overlooking the main fountain. We followed up their ceremony with a group shot of everyone and family pictures, before stealing a little time with just the bride & groom. As the afternoon came to an end, Tammy & Seth loaded up with their family and friends, headed back to their reception in the 4×4 area of Carova Beach!

Their adorable ring bearer needed a little reassurance about going down the isle! Many times kids are too shy to make it down, and usually mom or dad comes to get them. I loved seeing Seth leave his post to go get his nephew – too sweet!
